What is supported:
Anything we coded we will support it, given that you have a valid license key to for the full project
If things are breaking down out of the box and we will fix it
Limited support for CSS and JS files are available for all seed projects
In order to receive support for any seed, you must own the license for the full project of that seed
For example, if you received a free copy of the PHP seed project by purchasing the HTML flavor, you will need to purchase the PHP full version in order to receive support for the PHP seed/full
All third party plugins are supported by third party vendors (each vendor has their own github repository and comments pages, mentioned in the docs)
What is NOT supported:
Due to the limited resources we cannot provide back-end support , help with implementation or customization
Your support question must related to our codes, if you are adding any script that is conflicting with our scripts and causing it to fail, this is something will not be covered in support. We cannot provide support for scripts that was not originally part of the template
If you updated the modules yourself, added your own plugins or updated the existing plugins, you would be doing this at your own risk and support for it will not be provided
We do not provide support for third party plugins, please refer to the third party websites for help. All third party plugins are left untouched, therefore if things are breaking down because of it, it would be mostly related to the third party plugins itself and not through our codes
As far as implementation goes, this is something we cannot provide support for. We simply don't have the time to do this with the limited resources available. SmartAdmin is a UI toolkit shell, where one must add the back-end logic to make everything light up.
Some authors may provide back-end support or other types of premium support at their own discretion and charge you a fee for their time. You will need to get in touch with the related author and find out if this an offered service.
Thanks,
Sunny
