I am trying to port the gulp build from HTML5 full version to ASP.Net Core full version, so I can initiate the gulp build from the ASP.Net Core version when a new JS library is added or deleted.
Steps taken:
- I have removed build-html.js, build-lang-template.js (not sure what this is used for) and build-navigation.js from "./build" folder
- Commented out the tasks related to these js files
I see a lot of reference to path: "{$config.path.src}" in build.json which is invalid in ASP.Net Core project.
Does any of the JS or SCSS files mentioned in ""{$config.path.src}" being used in ASP.Net Core project? If Yes, then I need to move these files to ASP.Net Core project so I do not rely on SmartAdmin HTML5 version for js library maintenance.
If No, will it be ok to delete them?
Example: from build.json
"bootstrap": {
"styles": [
"{$config.path.src}/scss/bootstrap.scss"
],
//*********** bootstrap.scss -- this file in HTML5 version refers to ./src/scss/_modules/variables.scsss which is not in //************ASP.Net Core verion
"bootbox": {
"scripts": [
"{$config.path.src}/custom/plugins/bootbox/bootbox-cust.js",
"{$config.path.src}/custom/plugins/bootbox/bootbox-config.js"
]
},
